My Basilisk X hyperspeed still connect 2.4 GHz and bluetooth. But my cursor cannot move it just stay there and don’t response. I can scroll, left click right click but cursor don’t move. Please help me ASAP.

i am having the same issue, it got like this very suddenly
Did you’ve tried it on another PC?
tried on a different desktop, cursor still not moving, scrolling and clicks are all fine
