Basilisk X Hyperspeed Wireless Issue.

Hey, I just bought this mouse today and it only works through BT mode and not through 2.4 with the connected dongle. When using the 2.4 option Synapse doesn't detect the mouse at all and once again only on BT mode. Tried updating through Razers Firmware Updater but it gets stuck in the "Plug the USB Dongle to your PC", it is plugged and also made a sound so its as if its not reading it. Also when I look in Mouse Keyboard, and Pen section in windows it says there is a "Driver Error" - I tried reinstalling it several times. I am using a Yoga 920 and it has a single USB 3.0 port if that matters. Honestly, don't know what to do is it a hardware issue? a firmware fix? Thanks in advance!
