My mouse (Razer Basilisk Ultimate) was not detected on Synapse and also does not work on wireless. It worked properly only with the usb cacle connected. It used to worked perfectly on wireless but it has been several months ago that it suddenly stopped worked on wireless then I have to connected it with the cable until I founded this forum.



I've searched and try

- Uninstall and re-install the synapse

- Swapped to other usb port on my laptop

- Try to to pair with this file "RazerMousePairingUtility_v1.00.01_r2" >>> this one shown "paring failed"

- Try to update as i've found the answer in this forum "BasiliskUltimate_Mouse_FirmwareUpdater_v1.06.00_r1" >>> this one it progress until 40% then restart the process.





Please give me some advise, I'm really appreciate any help you can provide.
