Bass Boost issue

i recently got my headset, everything is fine until i start playing valorant the audio hurts my ears and the issue only occurs with valorant at first i thought it was the game however with different headphones it works perfectly fine and razer synapse is unable to recognize my headset thats all. I was just wondering if there was anything i could do to lower the bass boost.
