Battery and power issues with my Razer Blade 14

Hey there! I am new to gaming and reacently baught an used Razer Blade 14. At first, everything went good, except for high temperatures while gaming (between 80 and 90 C). For video editing and everything else it worked great. But then, my battery indicator got stuck at 53 % and whenever I unplugged the charger, the laptop would shut down. I thought the Blade stopped recognizing my battery, so I tried unnistalling and reinstalling the Drivers, calibrating the battery, but it did not work. So, I performed a Factory Reset of windows. This did not solve my problem with the battery either. From that point I started to experience even more problems. When opening a game the blade would shut down after a few minutes. So I changed the Windows OS and currently I am experiencing the same battery issue and when I game with the graphics set to anything more than low it will shut down. I tested the charger and it's working properly, do you know if replacing the battery will solve these issues?

If the laptop shuts down right after you unplug the power brick, then your battery pack is no longer capable of holding a charge. You will have to send in the laptop to get the battery pack replaced.
