I am writing to request a replacement battery for my Razer laptop, which was purchased by my father for me from abroad on 7.1.2021. I am located in Sri Lanka, and unfortunately, I cannot send my laptop for repair due to the shipping costs and logistical challenges involved.

 

I have recently noticed that the battery has started to bloat, which has caused me a great deal of concern. Not Only that but also causing the right and left-click buttons on the trackpad to no longer be pressed. I am concerned that it may pose a safety risk or damage the internal components of the laptop. As a student, I rely heavily on my laptop for studying, assignments, and research, and I cannot afford to be without it for an extended period

 

Although my laptop is out of warranty, I am shocked that this has happened so soon after my purchase, especially since I bought this laptop with the expectation that it would last for a long time, and I have taken good care of it.

I understand that Razer offers Out of Warranty Services, and I would like to take advantage of this service to request a replacement battery. I have attached photos of the swollen battery, as well as a copy of my purchase invoice, for your reference.

 

As a student, I cannot be a burden to my parents, who bought this laptop for me. They have already spent a considerable amount of money, and I cannot ask them to spend more on repairs. I hope you can understand my situation and provide a favorable solution.

I would appreciate it if you could expedite this request and provide me with a replacement battery as soon as possible.

Hi, im having the exact same issue, my battery bloated and my touchpad stopped working because of it. 

i have a model RZ09-03519E11 im also out of warranty, as i purchased in july 2021 but i also think its too soon for a battery to bloat and break the device’s functionality.  

i hope there is a solution to get a battery replacement, i can send images and provide a receipt for the laptop if needed.

I have the same problem with my 2020 Blade Pro 17.  I have removed the bloated battery but need to get a replacement.  I am currently in Thailand and would like to understand what options I have?  Thank you.
