Dear Razer Support,

I am writing to request a replacement battery for my Razer laptop.

I have recently noticed that the battery has started to bloat, which has caused me significant concern. Not only that, but it is also causing the right and left-click buttons on the trackpad to no longer function properly, as they can no longer be pressed. I am concerned that this may pose a safety risk and could potentially damage the internal components of the laptop.

As a student, I rely heavily on my laptop for studying, assignments, and research, and I cannot afford to be without it for an extended period.

Although my laptop is out of warranty, I am surprised that this issue has occurred after only a few years of use, especially considering I purchased this device with the expectation that it would be durable and long-lasting. I have always taken good care of the laptop.

I am located in Mexico, and unfortunately, I am unable to send the laptop for repair due to shipping costs and logistical challenges.

I understand that Razer offers Out of Warranty Services, and I would like to request assistance regarding a replacement battery.

I have attached photographs of the swollen battery and the impact it has had on the trackpad for your reference.

English is not my first language, and I am from Mexico, so I apologize if any part of my message is not expressed perfectly.

I would greatly appreciate your understanding and any assistance you may be able to provide. I would be grateful if this request could be reviewed as soon as possible.

Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Sincerely,
Lizeth Estrada
