In 2019, I acquired a Razer Blade Pro 17, 2019 model, with the expectation of investing in the renowned quality of the brand. However, a recent disconcerting discovery has marred my experience. The laptop's battery has evidently swollen, causing deformation of the casing.

As someone engaged in remote work, my laptop is an essential tool for my professional activities. This incident has raised legitimate concerns regarding the safety and integrity of the device. As a precautionary measure, I immediately ceased using the computer, fearing any potential risks.

The question of whether it is prudent to refrain from using the device at the moment naturally arises. Additionally, I am pondering the course of action to take. Is it feasible to replace the battery myself, or should I seek a solution from Razer's technical support?
