Battery Bubbling

My touch pad can't be pushed down and I have read other places that it means the battery has bubbled. What do I need to do to get a replacement part. My Laptop is out of the limited Waranty. It appears to be a major issue with All Razer laptops and specifically with my 2019 Blade 15. Any Suggestions on how I can get this fixed? Best Regards!
