I am barely 3 months out of warranty and my mousepad is becoming increasingly hard to press on my 2021 Razer Blade 14. Why is it that 2022 models get a 2 year battery warranty when the 2021 models have just as much of an issue? I take great care to make sure my laptop is maintaining a decent temperature during general use and gaming and I thought that would be enough. Where can I get a replacement battery? This is a $2400 laptop that i've had for only slightly over 1 year. I love the aesthetic and design of razer devices. My Razer kraken headset lasted me for so long as well as my razer blackwidow keyboard and my deathadder elite which I both still use. All great products that I used for so long. But the battery issues on this laptop which I chalked up originally just to user error are crazy as I have taken great care not to overcharge or overheat but I still get effected.
