Battery Bulge/Swelling on RAZER BLADE PRO 17.3 INCH, 4K

Hello, Unfortunately it seems that my RAZER BLADE PRO laptop is affected by the same battery problem as many other users have raised. I have raised a ticket (as per the process), but unfortunately I was unable to get any kind of support to my ticket or via Live chat - where is the point of this service if it's not working and so many users complain about it? Can someone PLEASE (from support team) take a look at my case and advise? 1.I paid £4400 for this machine together with a few extra hundreds on Razer accesories. 2.This is a premium product so it's unnaceptable for the battery to swell. If I wanted this risk, I would have purchased an Acer or another cheap brand. 3.As the chasis was deformed by the battery swelling, I decided to remove the battery to avoid further damage/permanent damage to screen, keyboard, internal components. 4.Another reason for removing the battery was the risk will catch fire. 5.I have read quite a bit about the repair process and I can't give the laptop away for a few weeks until RAZER tehnicians change the battery as this is a work machine and during this period (work from home, covid, etc.) I cannot aford to not be able to perform my work responsabilities, so please: a) send me the battery to replace it b) guide me to a Razer center in Heathrow area where I can take the laptop to be fixed. Attached you can find pictures. With consideration.

Thanks for putting up such a detailed thread and the photos you uploaded are greatly appreciated. Please note that we do not ship batteries, but I'll see what I can do about the walk-in repair request. Anyways, send me your ticket number so I can check what's causing the holdup. *Locking thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
