I noticed that the battery on my Razer Blade 15” (2021) serial no. starting RZ09-0369 is bulging. I’ve checked with UK Consumer Laws and I apparently have up to 6 years to make a claim on an item I’ve bought from Razer or its authorized reseller.
I bought the laptop back in Oct 2021, so I’m well aware that my 1-year complementary warranty has expired but would there be a way for me to still get a free repair or replacement for my laptop done?
I think I had not noticed the swelling until I realized my trackpad was difficult to click yesterday, but it must have been swelling for a while now since, a few months ago, I noticed a little lighter area form in the middle of my screen when I would take it to and from work.
