Razer Blade 2016 won't charge. It starts charging, then stops intermittently. I have tried ACPI Compliant drivers, but that did not work. When the laptop is off, the red led indicating charging does not come on. I was trying to see if it was a Windows problem because I had installed a Windows update the night before. Unfortunately, during the system restore my laptop ran out of batteries. What are my options at this point? Thank you very much!

    By LED indicator, do you mean on the power brick or on the laptop? Either way, this is highly likely a hardware issue. However, I can create a repair ticket on your behalf and submit it to our Support Team. All you need to do is to send me the serial number of your Razer Blade via PM. Let's continue from there.
