7 year old battery started to charge intermittently (may have been USB C connector issue) but then swelled significantly (deformed the case). Charger replaced (65W rather than 45W original) and battery replaced. Started normally but didn’t seem to be charging. Uninstalled battery drivers and restarted. Keyboard lights came on in keeping with settings to indicate charging active (useful when the old battery would stop charging intermittently). After restart windows (v10) reinstalled battery drivers and the keyboard lights went out although green LED on front of case illuminated green.
Don’t know what to do now
