I connected my Hyperflux v2 mousepad for the first time and it automatically detect my razer basilisk v3 pro mouse so i thought everything was working great but i can’t access the battery healts optimizer panel. It’s grey and telling me that i need to connect a compatible razer mouse and activate hyperspeed mode but it’s already done. If it wasn’t the case it wouldn’t be able to syncronize in the first place. I would like to know how to acces it.
