Battery is not loading ...

I di not use my Razer Blade 15" 2018 Advanced Laptop for quite a while. Now I realize that it will NOT run on battery- Everything seems fine when I start via Power Supply. It shows my battery connected at 52% but battery meters show me 0% loading. Once I unplug the power supply the laptop switches off. Starting without power supply does not work at all. How can this happen? Nothing was changed. The battery has less than a couple of hundreds of hours of work so far - this is a gaming laptop that I was not able to use a lot within the last 2-3 years. Seriously, I am worried that this is a hardware issue - for 2.2k laptop being used for a couple of hundred hours in total?? Did someone else experienced this?
