Battery level Basilisk V2 Pro Dock

I dunno when this happened, probably within the last month but the battery level indicator for my mouse dock isn't working properly. I changed it via Synapse and Chroma but it just doesn't work. It uses whatever lights I used last.

    Hi diminishedfifth,

    I understand you’re having issue with your mouse dock battery level indicator. If the dock is keeping the last lighting effect instead of showing the battery level, please try the following:

    • Turn the mouse off and charge it for at least 30 minutes.
    • Clean the pogo pins on the dock and the charging pins on the mouse using a Q-tip or lint-free microfiber cloth.
    • Check for firmware updates for both the mouse and dock on the Razer Support site.
    • Test the device on another PC without Synapse, if possible.
    • Make sure the dock is connected directly to the PC and not through a USB hub.
