Battery not detected

Hey, So I just got a new ssd card put in today and all is well but my laptop is telling me the battery cannot be detected, even though I am currently using battery power (unplugged) as I am writing this. I had a chat with the guy who did the upgrade for me and he said that it could be a glitch in windows, I did the most recent update and restarted the laptop but still have the same message, so I am just a bit puzzled, not sure if the battery got a little jostled and needs to be put back into proper place or idk, the guy didn't sound worried at least

Try to uninstall the Microsoft ACPI driver under the Battery tab on the Device Manager. You can also try to reseat the battery pack if the problem persists. Do be very careful when handling the battery. If you're not comfortable doing all of that, send me a PM so I can submit a repair ticket on your behalf. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
