Hi, I bought these Razer Kraken V3 Pro and they are amazing.
But, Razer Synapse is not that amazing. I have some issue viewing my battery percentage.
Most of the time it just doesn’t update at all. Even worse: when I put the headset to charge and then unplug it, Synapse still shows it as “charging” for hours, stuck at the same percentage I left it before.
So I never know the percentage of the battery of my headset because the percentage the software show me is always not true!
Is it just me, or is Synapse really this bad at reporting battery status?
Do you guys know any workaround or solution?
