Hi, I’ve got my Razer Blade 15 for 2 weeks. But now my battery don’t work anymore. I can’t launch it if it not connected to the sector. And if i unplug my charger, the laptop turn off imediately. i tried uninstall and reinstall the driver battery, dont work. My battery is at 0% in charge but dont.. Can you help me please ? If the battery is dead.. it’s a fucking joke. Only 2 weeks...

Hey there! Sorry to hear about your Razer Blade 15's concern. If this is a newly purchase machine, I can't invalidate the poor battery performance. By the way, when did the issue start? Is there any hardware or software changes prior? Please send me a PM together with your laptop's serial number. Let's continue from there.
