Battery problems with Razer Basilisk Mobile

Hi,

I’ve looked online but no support threads on this specific mouse yet since it is a pretty new version I guess. 

So I charged it overnight to 100% and the battery drained to 0% within a few hours. It also isn’t charging when connected to the PC. So I often have to charge it through a socket. 

Any one any ideas? I already cleaned the usb-c port and it clearly is connected with cable so no issue there.

Yes, happened to me since last night. Same issue, the software is bugged. I was afraid battery was dying or that I got a lemon but turns out the software reports it wrong. Says empty even if almost fully charged. I had to reset the software a few times for it to update the correct battery percentage. The mouse follows the software and so glows red even when it is quite full. 

 

Already reported wrong battery report of Joro keyboard as well and frequent disconnects. Same issue. Bad battery reporting. Razer still hasn’t upped its game since the time I stopped buying from them after getting bad keyboards and mice products from them. Thought they had improved. Seems not!!!

Okay, I got some new insights. It seems that sometimes it just randomly asks me to charge it ‘logo flickers red’ and says it is 0%, then I turn it on and off and now it says 96%. What is going? How can I fix this inconsistency?

​@BluSleeper Charging it through the socket, turning the mouse on and off seems to have fixed this issue for me.
