Hi, we have a Razer Blade 15 laptop, purchased in 2022. The battery is swollen and needs to be replaced. Are there any authorized repair services available in Germany, or does the battery have to be replaced as a DIY repair? Are suitable replacement batteries available for purchase in Germany?

I understand that the battery of your Blade 15 is swollen. Please be advised that your laptop is already a Legacy Product so we may no longer have the battery for it. Nevertheless, I’m going to forward your case to our Technical Team so they can check on it. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it for your case?
