Hello Razer Support,
I own a Razer Blade 15 Base 2020 (Model: RZ09-0328).
The battery is now severely degraded and has almost no remaining battery life. More importantly, the battery is extremely swollen, to the point that it is visibly expanding inside the laptop.
For safety reasons, I have stopped using the laptop on battery power and I would like to replace the battery as soon as possible.
Could you please let me know if an official Razer replacement battery (RC30-0328) is available for my laptop, and if so, whether I can purchase it directly from Razer?
I am located in France.
I can provide the laptop’s serial number, photos of the swollen battery, or any other information you may need.
