My razerblade 14 battery is swollen and causing the track-pad not to function correctly. Have to use an external mouse to navigate and right/left click. The laptop is no longer under warranty. How do I get a correct replacement battery for my issue? Please and thank you!

Hi PURPLR3IGN,

I’m here to help. How long was the unit plugged? Did you charge the laptop overnight? How many hours is the unit used per day? It's important for your safety that you refrain from using the laptop until we can resolve the problem. You can also visit this article for your reference. To set your expectation, Razer cannot ship internal parts such as batteries. I can initiate a ticket and escalate your concerns to our Laptop Support Team for a replacement battery request or repair.
