I have a Razer Blade 15” Advanced (early 2020 edition) that I purchased in August 2021. With some minor tweaks (brightness level, display rate, throttlestop, etc.), I have been able to consistently get 7h of battery life for everyday usage (browsing, office, etc.). Since a couple of weeks ago, though, the battery can barely hold to 2.5h. I even tried a clean install of Windows to no avail, as well as upgrading to Windows 11. Also, according to HWINFO the full charged capacity is 75953 mWh (designed capacity is 80219 mWh) which means that the wear level is ~5%, which have me thinking if this is normal given that I only have had the laptop for 5 months. In any case, at this point I'm on the fence what to do with the laptop.

Yikes! That's distressing. Sorry to hear about your laptop's battery life. Allow me to help you by forwarding the laptop's concern to our Support Team by sending me the following:
a. MSinfo logs.
b. Screenshot of Windows version (Hit Windows + R. Open the Run box with then type winver)
c. Photo of the BIOS main tab.
c. Windows Battery Report
• Hit Windows Button + X and select Command Prompt (Admin). This is the quickest way to open the Command Prompt as an administrator.
• Type in and enter: powercfg /batteryreport
Note: This command will create a battery report under C:\\WINDOWS\\system32\\battery-report.html or, in Windows versions older than Windows 10, under C:\\Users\\sUsername]
Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. I’ll be locking this thread now to divert our conversation privately.
Edit:
Thanks for the stunning update, johnybe! The battery life went to 10 hours after the laptop underwent a factory reset, battery calibration, and re-enabling the USB suspend mode at the Battery and Power Options in the Windows settings. I appreciate your collaboration to resolve the laptop's performance behavior. Feel free to send me a ping if anything comes up. Keep safe.
