Just bought a Blackshark V3 headset and wanted to test out the THX Game Profiles for Battlefield 6. They posted on Razer official facebook page that it was added in October 2nd. I can’t activate it. I checked several posts on reddit and V3 owners have the same issue while the older headphones are working fine with the THX profile. This is false advertising and I want to ask ,what are you waiting for RAZER TO ADD IT FOR YOUR NEW HEADSETS!!! THEY WON’T FIX UNTIL ENOUGH PEOPLE COMPLAIN ON SOCIAL MEDIA. What incompetence!!
