Battlefield 6 Override Skin Email Not Delivered

Hello!

 

I ordered a Razer Firefly V2 Pro on October 17th and it included the free promotional skin for battlefield 6. The order shows that the free skin will be delivered by email and it shows the delivery in progress. I was wondering if there were any issues regarding this and the timeframe that I should expect for it to be delivered.
