I have recently purchased the Razer Firefly V2 Pro - Black, an item eligible for the battle field 6 promotional skin, and haven’t received anything both in my package and email.
Is this an ongoing problem for everyone? Reading some of the other posts on here, it looks like it is. Has anyone found a solution?
