I purchased both a Razer Viper V3 Pro mouse and Razer Huntsman V3 Pro keyboard on Amazon. Both were eligible for an in game Battlefield 6 soldier skin. Amazon only sent me a single code and it was invalid. I reached out to support and spent over two hours talking to 4 different support reps. They were unable to reissue another code to me and offered a small store credit for compensation.
I still want this promotion skin if possible. Has anyone else experience this issue? If any Razer employees are monitoring these posts can you help me? I can provide all relevant info.
