Purchased Basilisk V3 Pro 35K - Phantom Green Edition on October 11th on razer.com but still waiting for the battlefield 6 skin code. wen can we expect to get it?

I purchased the Razer Cobra Pro on October 12th & have received the mouse on the 20th (Which I enjoy the new mouse very nice happy with it) but am in the same boat have not received the promo skin. I was reading that they send the code 14+ days after you have received the product. May just have to patiently wait. I think it will arrive to your email eventually. Overall I needed a new mouse anyway so the BF6 skin is just a cherry on top but still hope I get it because I’m enjoying the game.
