I bought it at 29 of December of a store, not used, a tech chain store genuine product I even listed in my products in my account.
suddenly the scroll wheel itself stopped working after little use of it
I tried another pc
reinstall drivers, safe mode, reinstall synapse
blow it with compressed air and hair drier
i want to get my money back or refund
or if you can fix it tell me how
i am wouldn’t buy a razer product again.
+1Try creating new empty profile in Synapse, also try it on another PC.
If its still not working → RMA it.
At Razer, we pay 200€ for a mouse and after a year it breaks down. and it's not the first time.

You intentionnally make products that stop working so we have to buy new ones. Terrible purchase, never buying any of your products again and making sure everyone I know too.
