Been over 2 weeks razer has no customer support that actually solves issues

Been over two weeks of constantly trying to get a response from razer regarding my order. over 30 emails of still standard responses of we have reviewed your case and we will be assisting you I have forwarded your case to our internal department rest assured you will get an update in 2 days. Then nothing every email is the same response.

I did and i didnt see any response from offical staff when I raised my concern then ?

That's because the threads you made are posted on General Discussion and not on our Support boards. With that said, send me your ticket and order number. I can use those to check what's happening from our end and hopefully move things along. *Thread moved to Support boards and locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
