How?

This website automatically generates the activation code (it’ll also send a copy via email) - but the main thing is that it’ll show the code as on the screen below:

I just bought my Kraken Kitty V3 X headset, I eventually got the activation code for 7.1 Surround sound, but when I try to enter it, it’s not valid?

And also, how come the 

• Razer Kraken Kitty V3 X (RZ04-0535)

is in the list 

Which headsets are 7.1 Surround supported?

but when I try to choose my device, which is a Kraken Kitty V3 X headset, it’s not eligible?

Am I missing something? Is the information wrong? Why do I get an activation code if my headset is not eligible? And why does the physical manual tell me that 7.1 Surround sound is recommended to get the full experience of my headset?

Time stamps on my pc is Sweden local time.

I don’t use THX personally, but I never change the audio output to THX Spatial, just leave it for the Blackshark V3 Pro and control THX (on or off through Synapse).

hello i bought from razer black shark v3 pro but cennot get activation key.  when i ask for new key it dus not rcognais bluck shark .

You didn’t read the FAQ at all, didn’t you?

I just received a kraken V3 X as a Christmas present yesterday, however it didn’t come with an activation code. I also do not know the date it was purchased as it was given to me as a gift. Is there any way to get the surround sound activated without getting the date?

Date is not important here to receive the code. Just type the date when you’ve received it.
