I found out that it is the one inserted into the USB that is damaged

So, I registered my headset to get the 7.1 code. I clicked on the link to get the actual code sent to my email address, but it’s not working at all. I tried a numerous amount of times to get the code sent to me, but it hasn’t. I submitted two tickets in the past three weeks to get someone, ANYONE to look at the issue. I have checked spam to make sure the code didn’t wind up in there or even a response from support about the issue.

I don’t know what to do anymore and I can’t get a hold of support to help with my issue. I am just amazed at how lackluster support is being about my issue. I don’t know if it’s a me thing or a common thing going on with the link to help with resending an activation code...But two tickets in almost three weeks and I still haven’t heard ANYTHING? That’s ridiculous.

Which headset do you have exactly? I’ve seen some issues, that for some - code was even not displaying on the self-service portal - but this issue is reported internally, and waiting for a fix.
