Billing Address Incorrect


I have thought of getting the THX Spatial Audio for a while and until a while ago, I was just fine without it. However, I bought the Barracuda headset recently and I like to have surround sound. While trying to purchase it, the billing page would only let me input billing information from Singapore. I don't live there, so I was confused and checked my billing address. I reset all of them just in case, but it won't change. I was wondering if this was a common problem and if anyone knows how to fix this?

Damn, it's the worst online shopping experience I've ever had.
I had the same issue with “Singapore”. Impossible to change that. After a while I noticed that the website detect me in Singapore. You can change the location at the bottom of the website page. I hope your country is in the list. If like me, you're in Switzerland, you'll notice that sometimes it's available, but when you go to the shopping cart it doesn't work anymore. Hope this can help someone


 

It says it’s billing me to Singapore so I can’t even use my own address to buy anything wtf do I do?

Go to the EU Razer Store website.

https://www.razer.com/eu-en

Login, PC menu and softwer.

Add to cart, what you want.

And now you can choose the region.

 

 


What if i live in Egypt or Kuwait, I cant seem to be able to switch the billing address country from the USA.
