BIOS problem with razer blade 15 2018 advanced

hello recently i bought second hand razer laptop i notice i have issue with bios: serial number not the same as laptop parts touchpad not working, boot time from bios take a long time about 10-15 sec i cant install window becuase when setup begining laptop freeze so i try install fresh GNU/Linux, installation successful but still touchpad not working, seems everything fine until when i try use bluetooth the system freeze or crash or black screen. i check everything like ram ssd and ... no problem with them. i show laptop to technician he said some one flashed the orginal bios. i dont know what should i do.technical said if you have orginal bios file "bin + EC" maybe its work. but i dont know where should i find this files my laptop product number is: RZ09-02386E92 i need help
