BIOS Update Issue
Read another thread on BIOS update issue, but that was for RTX.
So, my machine is Razer Blade 15" base model (2018).
My current bios version is 01.01.
I was trying to upgrade the bios, but still, I was unable to upgrade.
I encounter the following message: (attached in figure)

There’s no bios update for base 2018, it explains that message, probably you try to install other version Blade bios update. So far there’s only ME firmware update for your model.

I don't think so, if you click on ME Updates, under that link you'll find BIOS update. Which eventually doesn't work (not working in mine's ).
I have a dualboot with ubuntu18.04, i was able to upgrade latest version.
jugs007Interesting, which bios version? Anyway i would stay away from bios update if it’s not stated on driver page I showed above, it may bring some issues. I do bios update only when’s needed. On my 2018 Advanced I’m still on September 1.05 (apparently there’s also 1.06 or even 1.07), and never had software and hardware issues like other reported like loud Fans on idle, hardware malfunction whatsoever, this’s also my key to keep Blade longer besides monitoring the temperature.

jugs007I meant you tried install bios update, which version is it. Yes so far I know base model still on first bios since it’s released later than advanced, i think September? which’s my latest bios update month, so I think you’re good, probably only ME (intel security) update the one that you need atm.
Mine's BIOS version is still 01.01.
