I received a 3,000 yen discount coupon for my birthday.

 

I can use the coupon to purchase the Razer Viper V3 Pro, but I cannot apply it to the Razer Viper V4 Pro.

 

Could you please explain why the coupon cannot be used for the Razer Viper V4 Pro?
