I’m reaching out because my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2020) headset no longer connects to its original dongle (Model No: RC30-026902, Rev. BV2P).
The dongle shows no LED light when plugged into any USB port, and it is no longer recognized by Windows Device Manager. I’ve also tested it on another computer with no success.
I have tried updating the firmware using the official Razer Firmware Updater for RZ04-03220, but the dongle is not detected at all by the updater.
Because the dongle has no physical pairing button, I cannot reset or re-pair the headset manually. The headset itself still charges and powers on properly.
Would it be possible to request a replacement dongle? I can provide proof of purchase if needed.
