BlacjShark V2 HS 2.4 not working

My Razer BlackShark V2 HA 2.4 headset doesn't work anymore. I've had it for about a year now. When I try to swap the audio to my headset it stops the video I am watching and will eventually cause crashes. I have uninstalled the headset and “fixed all the apps...Central, Cortex and Axon with same results. I would really like to use this more...it is a fantastic headset.

Hey ​@CelticRaGe75,

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you download the Headset Pairing Utility and follow the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for applicable workarounds that might address the connection issue.
