Black band on the screen

Hi,

 

Does anyone ever had the same situation as me? 

The OLED display panel appears some black band on the dark background.

The device is recently purchased. I don’t think it is any sorts of burn-in.

And when I adjust the brightness below 10%, it vanished. And when the brightness is back to 10% or above, it comes back again.

I attached a photo showing what it looks like.

I sent the device to the Razer repair center, surprisingly, they said they are unable to reproduce the issue. I think it is really obvious.

If anyone could please help me out, I will be really grateful.

I understand you're having display issues with your Razer Blade. Please try to conduct a pixel test through this link to help resolve the issue. Please note that any bright or dark spots that appear while testing indicates that the pixel is physically defective.
