How do I get the code for the Black Myth: Wukong game? I see I got it for ‘free’ when I ordered my laptop but there are 0 details with it.

 

I hate that I have to sign up for support for a simple question like this. I’ve already asked by replying to my order email, but haven’t got any response. The support phone number isn’t working despite it being within the hours that support is open, according to the prerecorded message. If I don’t get an answer in the next 24 hours I’m doing a chargeback on my laptop order. 

Any update? This should be a pretty simple problem to solve. I will be doing a chargeback on the laptop purchase if I don’t hear back soon. 

Chargeback filed since I still have no resolution or any details. If you had decent support this wouldn’t happen as much. 

Still no information or reply from Razer regarding this. 

Still no reply from Razer support to myself or American Express.
