Black screen issue

Dear Razer support team,

 

My razer Book 13 - RZ09-0357 has randomly got a black screen (device Purchased from best buy on 03/2023). The device works fine with an external Monitor. I tried updating the graphic driver to a newer version, performing a system recovery with no improvement. The touch screen and face ID/Cam work just fine. I tried shining light at an angle to the screen in a dark room and I can see a dimmed view of the home screen

 

Can I get further support from Razer on this issue?
