Black screen problem Blade 15 RZ09-0409

Hi, as a student I am working with my Razer Blade 15 to prepare my exams. While I was studying and doing some MCQ’s, my screen just turned black. I tried to switch off my laptop and turned it back on, it didn’t work.

When I put on the power button, everything works : keys are lighting up, the windows sounds appears, when I link the laptop to an external screen, I can use my computer as before, … SO EVERYTHING WORKS but the screen doesn’t. The screen remains black.

I tried to apply tips from this URL : https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5586. The two first tips don’t work and I haven’t done the last two. I don’t want to try the solution that proposes to reboot the computer because I am scared not to be able to succeed.

Has anybody experienced the same issue ?
