So I bought the blackshark v3 against my better jugmeant because of problems with razer products in the past. I have withing minutes noted a bug or maybe its two, First there is no dedicated custom selection for the EQ, which means I have to edit one of the preexisting ones, not a good start, so I spent around 20 mins altering the Game EQ till it was how I liked, just as I was near completing it my phone rang so I pressed the not very smart button to switch to bluetooth because for some reason in dual mode the person on the phone couldnt hear me, switching to BT and they could now hear me. So I then pressed the not so smart button again to switch to wireless mode and in doing so must have not double pressed fast enough and it change the EQ to default mode.
Not a biggy you say just dbl press it till its back to game EQ you know the one I spent 20 mins editing?, yeah well when I did that it wiped all my settings out and reset them to default Game EQ. Honestly who comes up with these STUPID ideas?, One, no custom EQ setting, two, having the same button do multiple things but in a bad way, IE very easy to press once instead of twice, and Three, having the headset EQ overight the synapse EQ setting, mind blowingly stupid and amateurish execution. On my creative headphones you can make a custom EQ setting and upload it as a seperate setting on the headphones, no need to edit a preexisting one and no default getting sent from the headphones to the pc software and resetting things...
