i bought a new pair of headset the other day. wanted to get the 7.1 surround but i seem to have a problem with the activation, it says its already been registered.  anyone have a solution on this matter?

Could you please PM the headset serial number and proof of purchase or invoice? This information will help me verify whether the reseller is authorized by Razer. You can upload and share the file using any of the online drive accounts listed here. All the best!
