My dongle has recently stopped working and I was wondering if it was possible to receive a replacement. I saw that the official dongles are out of stock on the razer website. Any help would be appreciated. I have the first iteration of the Black shark V2 Pro’s i believe but I am not sure as I bought them in around 2021.
