Black shark v2 pro not detected after Window update | Razer Insider

Hi,

My Black shark v2 pro cannot be detected by Synapse after Window update but I’m not sure if this is the root cause.

I’ve tried reinstall and update Synapse, plug wireless USB transceiver in different USB port, still not working.

The “beep sound” is good(means my device connects to USB transceiver correctly I think), but no any audio output from videos or games.

Did you already try rebooting your PC after the Synapse update? Gather the Synapse logs by following the steps here and use Google Drive to share them with me through PM. I will start a case and raise your concern to the software team for further diagnosis and advanced resolution. Thanks!

Yeah I try rebooting my PC but still not working.

And I’ve sent log file thorough PM to you.

Update:

It’s working after plugging the wireless USB transceiver to front panel USB hub of my PC.

Rear panel USB hubs are still not working.
