Hello,

I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset and I am trying to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound software.

The card inside the box only contains a QR code, but I cannot find or obtain the activation code. Additionally, when I try to register the product using the serial number, it says that the product is already registered.

Could you please help me retrieve or reissue the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code and confirm whether my headset is genuine?

I can provide photos of the headset, packaging, QR card, and serial number if needed.
