So, when the 7.1 surround sound is on, In apex legends, say a fight is going on north 500 meters away. If I look directly at north, it sounds like the fight is happening 150 meters away. Then if I look away it sounds normal like 500 meters away sound should sound like. It affects game play alot. And also, gun shot sounds are really dimmed compared to other sounds. And the sounds are really muddy / muffled.

But when I use the realtek drivers 7.1 surround sound, sounds disappear when the origin of the sound is out of sight. And it sounds really stereo.

Any Insights?
